How to keep fit and healthy


There are many ways to keep fit and healthy.First, you should follow a balanced diet. For example, fruit , vegetable , and milk are beneficialy for your body and contain the most important items which your body needs. second, you need to play sports or exersice at least three times aweek. It helps your body to lose more fats and carpohydrates and makes your musels stronger. Finally, you have to sleep enough time. That's help you to be more energetic .These are some of the ways to keep fit and healthy.
